Joe & Mey, a hat and accessories store in Levallois-Perret, ships orders throughout France, Europe and internationally. The rates and delivery times below are also shown on our Shipping and returns page.
Processing and tracking
Orders are prepared Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and shipped within 24 business hours. During busy periods (holidays, sales), this may take a little longer. As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may be charged on delivery. They are payable by the recipient and are not included in the order total.
Free in-store pickup
Choose pickup at checkout: your order is usually ready 4 hours after purchase, during store opening hours, at 43 rue Marius Aufan, 92300 Levallois-Perret (Monday to Friday 10 am to 7 pm, Sunday 10 am to 1 pm, closed on Saturday). We let you know as soon as it is ready.
Damaged parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged, report it to the carrier and write to us promptly with photos of the parcel and the item.
Returns and exchanges
You have 14 days to change your mind: store credit, exchange or refund, via our portal joeandmey.com/a/return or free of charge in store. For an exchange, shipping the new item costs €3.95 to a pickup point or €6.95 to your home (free with in-store pickup). Full details in our return and refund policy.
